Moreover, when buying with 23% VAT and selling with 8% VAT, Oknobram gets a particular part of the finances returned from the tax service. That's why Mr. Waszkiewicz must control how much money his company has in turnover and how much money there should be in the cashbox.
Before RemOnline, it was challenging to systematize information about work orders and clients, and to control finances. The owner and his team had no quick access to data because records were kept on paper in office folders. It was also difficult to track the purchase and selling prices that’s why when calculating an estimate for a client, managers had to involve an accountant. All these factors slowed down customer service and didn’t allow Mr. Waszkiewicz to see the overall financial situation.

At the time when Mr. Waszkiewicz discovered RemOnline, there was no Polish interface and video tutorials, so his team had to use a translator. But its flexible functionality reduced that inconvenience.
The only problem was that you didn't have Polish when we found you. Now that RemOnline has the interface, support, and training videos in Polish, it will be much easier for new users to use the system.

Now, when a client calls, Oknobram’s managers don't have to look for information in folders; they just open RemOnline to see whether a particular work order is open or closed and at what stage it is. They don’t need an accountant to help with price calculations either. RemOnline automatically applies the correct prices to estimates and invoices, and the managers responsible for work orders have access to the calculations of each client and record payments in their individual cashboxes.
As an employer, my favorite feature is that each employee has their own cashbox and has to report from it, and RemOnline keeps separate records and control for each employee.
